List tables visible in the current org/user scope.

Query parameters

Recommended selectors: 'org' (default), 'user', or 'all'; other strings are not validated and produce an empty result because the listing service refuses a filterless query. User and organization identity are derived from authentication.

Errors

Status	Meaning
401	Invalid API key or missing auth.
