Start blacklist statistics job

Queue asynchronous blacklist statistics and return the job identifier for polling.

This page documents the canonical HTTP contract for this endpoint.

This route starts a queued job; it does not return final statistics. Poll GET /api/tables/{table_id}/blacklist/{column_key}/stats/{job_id} for progress, result, or error.
